I would like to know how I can get more detail about the Sutouch Plus Access File. There is a lot of information but the descriptions can be vague. I am suspecting some staff of theft and I am trying to think of all of the ways an employee to could pocket cash sales and I'm looking for clues in the access file.
Questions:
1) Where can I find more information about each access file description?
2) Can anyone provide me with more information as to what I should be aware of and watching for?
I have found some easy to spot theft in places such as "Added Tan Package" and then the package was not paid for. Clearly this is obvious but I suspect there is a larger, less obvious scheme happening.
In 95 days we have what appears to be a lot of:
- 'Tan Over Ride': 374 times or 3.9 times per day.
- 'Added Tan Back': 598 times or 6.3 times per day.
- 'Client - Add A Package': 80 times or 0.8 times per day.
“Client – Add A Package” does not have a client number or description by it. Instead of details it says "Aughtorized Access". What does that mean?
I will end this post here as I do not want it to be too long. Can someone please provide me with some guidance in this regard?
